Health Coaching with Joyous Coaching is designed to fit your needs. Each service offered includes a certified Health and Life Coach (yours truly) to ensure you are achieving your health goals. These services are only offered virtually.

For new and returning clientele

Start your joyous healthy journey with a consultation. The free consultation is a 20 minute phone call focused on identifying your health goals. To get more detail I offer a 60 minute session which can be used as maintenance after a Joyous Program or an in detail consultation and session.
