Intuitive Eating

Intuitive Eating is a way of living life where food can be fun and pleasurable again. The term itself was created and coined by Registered Dietitians Evelynn Tribole and Elyse Resch, who have compiled their research into a book called Intuitive Eating (linked here). This way of eating is surrounded by throwing away the “diet mentality” and embracing what your body’s natural cues are. The 10 principles of Intuitive Eating include
